We have advised hundreds of home owners on house upgrades and how to increase the BER Rating, thereby reducing their Heating bills, while increasing the value of their homes.
Grants available are as follows, attic insulation, up to €1500. External wall insulation up to €6000. Internal Wall insulation up to €6000. Heat pumps, up to €6000 all will reduce the cost of heating your home and also increase your BER rating which also can increase the value of your home.
